Italy, 4 top places you must visit!

Italy has been on my mind lately — such an endless source of inspiration.

Sharing some of the most iconic places to visit (photos not mine, just major travel goals!):

  1. The Colosseum, Rome — One of the greatest surviving monuments of Ancient Rome. Built nearly 2,000 years ago, this amphitheater once held up to 80,000 spectators for gladiator contests, wild animal fights, and epic shows.

  2. Duomo di Milano, Milan — Italy’s largest cathedral and a true masterpiece of Gothic architecture. It took nearly six centuries to complete! Don’t miss the rooftop — the views over Milan (and sometimes even the Alps) are unforgettable.

  3. Mount Etna, Sicily — Europe’s highest and most active volcano. You can hike or even take cable cars to explore its craters and lava fields. The dramatic, otherworldly landscape is like nowhere else on earth.

  4. Canal Grande, Venice — The beating heart of Venice. This main waterway winds through the city, lined with historic palazzos, churches, and colorful facades. A gondola ride or vaporetto cruise is the perfect way to take it all in.
